美國加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA) 護理臨床實務遊學見習計畫
壹、計畫目的：
一、協助臨床護理人員、護理校院師生觀摩先進國家最新護理照護模式、繼續教育、護理資訊管理與相關技能，借鏡他國，進而提昇台灣各級學校教學品質。
二、促進台灣護理人員與國際接軌，並培養具國際視野之護理領導人才。
三、藉由台美護理專業交流，提昇台灣護理學校與醫院國際能見度。
貳、計畫期程：2015年1月18日至1月23日
參、計畫內容：
此次規畫的「護理臨床實務遊學見習計畫」，包含3天的課室教學安排；美國多元文化特色、醫療照護體系及美國護理執業現況等主題。特別安排的2天臨床見習課程，是由醫院單位資深的護理師帶領，深入瞭解醫院的環境配備、各層級護理師角色功能、醫療團隊成員如何溝通合作、護理資訊系統運作及參與交班，可以讓學員初步瞭解美國護理制度的執行運作。
